Leaders of today often get a bad rap, when things go well, the credit goes to the team, when things go badly, yep it's the leader's fault. I work with C-Level leaders who are responsible for managing and influencing client-facing teams to help them create and define strategies that lead to measurable results in their teams.
My approach is fun, practical and very effective. Using well researched and tested approaches I work to help you create that all elusive "vision" and then knuckle down to define the steps towards their execution.
